POLICIES

In order to consume alcoholic beverages, you must establish that you are at least 21 years of age. You must have a valid identification card issued by a state or governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, sex, and eye color. Zone 28 is unable to accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way. Zone 28 has the right to refuse service at any time.
Must be 18 or over with a valid I.D. to enter the premises after 8pm on Friday and Saturday nights. All minors (those who are 17 and under) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (of 25 years of age or older) after this time. Must show I.D. to enter.
No smoking on the premises, including vaporizers and electronic cigarettes.
Loitering on these premises or in the adjacent parking areas is strictly prohibited.
All outside food and beverage is prohibited.
No open carry of firearms are permitted except by sworn law enforcement personnel.

Individuals not adhering to the policies and guidelines will not be admitted into Zone 28.

Individuals wearing torn or soiled clothing will be admitted at the discretion of management.
No hats, clothing, jewelry or visible tattoos with offensive language or imagery.
Shoes and shirts required.
Sunglasses may not be worn in premises.
We do not allow clothing which exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment.
No perceived evidence of gang affiliation.
First Responders, Military and Veteran Motorcycle Associations, please provide proper identification if in riding apparel. No offensive patches on riding apparel.
