FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know about birthday parties at Zone 28

Our weekend rate applies to parties booked for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

A guest is whoever will be participating in the activities (i.e. bowling, laser tag, arcade games, etc). Typically this is just the children. You must include the birthday child in your guest count as well (for example, if you book for 10 guests, it would be the birthday child plus nine friends).

Please put how many guests you are inviting (minimum of 10). Once you get your RSVPs back, call us at least 24 hours before your party to update that number if it has changed. We just want to make sure we have enough space for you before your party starts!

If you want to celebrate both of them in the same party we can do that! Book your party online, and type in both kids names and ages when prompted.

Yes you can! You can come 10-15 minutes before your scheduled party time to decorate! We just ask that you DO NOT bring glitter, confetti, or silly string. We also ask that you do not tape anything to our walls. We do not decorate the room and do not provide decorations. Please take your decorations with you at the end of the party. Any decorations left behind will be discarded.

You are allowed to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes! We do not allow any other outside food or beverage. We'll provide plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. You may bring an ice cream cake that we can store in a freezer during your party. We recommend that you also bring disposable cups/bowls for the ice cream.

All parties are two hours long. We cannot extend the time past the two hours. If you are late for your party, we cannot extend the time for the room or activities.

A magic wristband holds 75 arcade plays on it! The birthday person can play any games in the arcade that they want, up to 75 times, no matter the cost of the game. This does not apply to virtual reality or laser tag. This wristband is only valid on the day of the party.

Of course! If you want to increase the amount on the game cards for your party, we'll charge you half! That means if you're adding an extra $10 on each game card, we'll only charge you $5 per card. This deal is ONLY available for the birthday party packages. We need to know 3 days in advance what you will be adding.

Your laser tag game is not private. Others may be in the arena playing with you!

Gratuity for your hostess is not included.

 A party must have a paid deposit to be reserved. Birthday party packages require a $150 non-refundable deposit.
Parties must be booked at least 3 days in advance. Prices are subject to change at any time.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. 
We do not accept checks.

If you stop by to make your reservation we also accept cash payments for deposits.
