Bowling Accessibility
Accessibility is integrated into every bowling experience at Zone 28.
- All bowling lanes are wheelchair accessible
- Ramp access available at the end of each lane
- Designated bowling ramps available at every lane
- Scoring consoles accessible from seated positions
- Automatic bumpers available
Our bowling ramps may be used independently or with staff assistance, ensuring guests of all abilities can participate fully.
Arcade Accessibility
- Arcade machines positioned for access from seated height
- Open floor design to allow mobility device navigation
- Very limited raised platforms
Laser Tag Accessibility
- 100% wheelchair accessible arena
- Step-free entry and wide gameplay pathways
Lighting Notice:
Laser Tag includes continuous strobe lighting effects that remain active during gameplay and cannot be adjusted. Guests with light sensitivity, epilepsy, or other seizure-related conditions should use discretion. Our team can recommend alternative attractions within the facility.
Service Animals:
While service animals are welcome in the facility in accordance with ADA guidelines, we recommend against service animal participation in Laser Tag due to lighting, sound effects, and gameplay activity.
