FOR 15 TO 600 GUESTS.

Corporate Events & Team Building in Pittsburgh

Zone 28 hosts corporate events for 15 to 600 guests in a 50,000 sq ft entertainment complex 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and 2 minutes from the PA Turnpike. Group packages start at $22 per person and combine bowling, laser tag and arcade play with full catering from our own kitchen. Suite 28 is our private VIP space for up to 200 guests, with eight private lanes, a private bar and a dedicated event coordinator.

Who this is for

  • Team building — departments and whole companies, from teams of 10 to groups of 600
  • Company holiday parties — December books out; see the early-bird below
  • Sales kickoffs, regional meetings and training days — meeting space with AV, then an activity that isn't a hotel ballroom
  • Employee appreciation and company celebrations — award ceremonies, service anniversaries, retirement parties
  • Client and vendor events — networking evenings, vendor showcases, seminars
  • Summer outings and company picnics — indoor and outdoor, weather-proof either way

Why companies pick Zone 28 over a hotel ballroom

Everything is in one building. Your group bowls, plays laser tag, eats and drinks without moving cars. There is no venue-plus-restaurant-plus-activity logistics problem to solve, and no bus.

You get an event coordinator, not a booking form. One person builds the run of show, sets the room, picks the menu with you and is there on the night.

It is 2 minutes from the Turnpike. For a regional meeting pulling people in from across Western PA, that matters more than a downtown address — and parking is free and on-site.

What companies say

"Had a fantastic time during our company's team building night. We had 30 guys running around playing Lazer tag."

Packages & Pricing

Strike 28 $25 Two hours of bowling · $5 arcade game card
Ultimate 28 $50 Two hours of bowling · one game of laser tag · $10 arcade game card · pizza bar with unlimited soft drinks · two alcoholic drink tickets per person

Team building packages

Package Per person What's included
Twister Bowling $40 Two hours of Twister Bowling · one game of laser tag · pizza buffet with unlimited soft drinks. Weekdays only; buffet upgradeable to an appetizer or Italian option
Escape Zone $20 One hour escape room experience · up to 10 players per room

Minimum 10 guests, Wednesday and Thursday only, booked at least 3 days ahead, on general lanes. Companies only, and adults only — no children.

Team building carries a lower minimum than every other package, 10 instead of 15, in exchange for being Wednesday or Thursday, so a team of 10 to 14 can still book.

Suite 28, the private VIP option

From $41 per person. Two hours of bowling · one game of laser tag · a $10 arcade game card · an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet with any toppings, salad and breadsticks · soft drinks included · bar available.

Buffet upgrades are available — several food upgrade options sit above the standard pizza buffet.

Capacity splits two ways: the Half Suite takes 25 to 40 guests, the Full Suite up to 200 with full access to all private amenities. So 25 is the practical minimum for Suite 28, against 15 for the general group packages.

That is the starting package. Higher tiers and upgrade prices are quoted by the events team.

What's included

In every group package: lane or arena time, game cards, a dedicated event coordinator, and setup and cleanup. Catering is chosen from our own kitchen — the same one that runs the Rail House.

What isn't: alcohol is charged on consumption or by arranged bar package, and the 12% service charge applies to any reservation with food. Prices are per person before tax. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due in full before the event; we don't invoice companies or take purchase orders.

A dedicated event coordinator, from the first call to the night itself. They build the menu, set the room and run the schedule with you.

Yes, for everything. The building has two levels, four steps apart, joined by ramps, so nobody has to use the stairs to get between activities. There are bowling ramps at the lanes, our laser tag arena is wheelchair accessible — most arenas are not — and the restrooms are wheelchair accessible too.
