Groups from 15 to 600. Suite 28, our private VIP space, holds up to 200 with a retractable wall that can split it for two groups at once. Larger events use the wider facility alongside it.

Group packages start at $22 per person before tax. The final figure depends on the activities and the catering you choose. A 12% service charge applies to any reservation that includes a food package.

Suite 28 runs $40 to $80 per person depending on the buffet, and every package includes two hours of bowling, one game of laser tag, a $10 arcade game card and soft drinks. The seven buffets are the continental breakfast at $40, pizza at $45, the appetizer bar at $48, the deluxe breakfast at $51, All American at $55, Ultimate Italian at $73 and premium at $80. Dessert is $3 or $7 per person and a bar is available. The Half Suite takes 20 to 40 guests and the Full Suite 40 to 200, at the same price per head, and the minimums rise to 30 and 60 from Thanksgiving to Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

A 50% deposit holds your date and is non-refundable. The balance is paid in full before the event. We don't invoice companies or take purchase orders.

Three business days before the event. You are billed on that final count or the number of guests who actually attend, whichever is higher.

Yes. Groups of 75 or more can request a Monday or Tuesday, which is often the easiest way to get the whole building feeling private. Just ask when you enquire.

Yes. Suite 28 has state-of-the-art audio and video, and our five party rooms convert to meeting rooms with AV — so you can run a session and then move straight into the activity.

Yes. Catering comes from our own kitchen rather than an outside caterer, so tell your event coordinator what your group needs when you book.

Free on-site parking. We are at 2525 Freeport Rd, 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and 2 minutes from the PA Turnpike, which makes us straightforward for groups travelling in from across Western Pennsylvania.

Yes. Suite 28 has its own private bar, and the End Zone sports bar carries 100+ beers with 20 rotating taps. There are three ways to run the bar: an open bar, drink tickets at $8 regular or $10.50 premium, or a two-hour bar package with everything included at $25 per person, or $30 per person high-end.

As early as you can. December dates go first and the month sells out. Suite 28 minimums are higher from Thanksgiving to Martin Luther King Jr. Day: 30 guests for the Half Suite and 60 for the Full Suite. Book a December party for 20 or more by October 31 and dessert is on us.

A dedicated event coordinator plans it with you from the first call: the menu, the room and the schedule. On the night, our professional events team runs the event.

Yes, for everything. The building has two levels, four steps apart, joined by ramps, so nobody has to use the stairs to get between activities. There are bowling ramps at the lanes, our laser tag arena is wheelchair accessible — most arenas are not — and the restrooms are wheelchair accessible too.
