Zone 28 hosts large group events for 100 to 600 guests in a 50,000 sq ft indoor complex 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Group packages start at $22 per person and combine bowling on 33 lanes, laser tag, the arcade and catering from our own kitchen. Suite 28 holds up to 200 guests privately.

Why Zone 28 over a ballroom
One building, one bill, one coordinator. Bowling, laser tag, the arcade, the escape rooms and the food are all here. A hotel ballroom gives you a room and a meal; the entertainment, the AV and the second venue are yours to arrange.
Nobody sits through it. A 200-person dinner has a head table and a lot of polite waiting. Here the group splits across activities in rotations, so the room never goes quiet and the ages from 5 to 85 all have something to do.
It is entirely indoors and air-conditioned. No weather plan, no tent, no backup date. In December that is the difference between a party and a rescheduling exercise.

Suite 28, the private option for up to 200
From $41 per person for an evening event, or $40 for a morning continental breakfast. Every Suite 28 package includes two hours of bowling, one game of laser tag, a $10 arcade game card, a buffet and soft drinks. The bar is extra.
Two sizes: the Half Suite takes 20 to 40 guests and the Full Suite 40 to 200, with a retractable wall between them. From Thanksgiving to Martin Luther King Jr. Day the minimums rise to 30 and 50. Eight private lanes, a private bar, a private entrance, an LED wall and audio-visual systems come with it.
Eight buffets, $40 to $80 per person, and the Half Suite and the Full Suite pay the same per head. The one most large parties pick is the premium buffet at $80 — prime rib, herb-stuffed chicken with honey balsamic Dijon and grilled citrus chicken.
Dessert is an add-on: $3 per person for cookie platters, or $7 per person for cannolis and a cheesecake assortment.

Every buffet includes soft drinks, and every one except the two breakfasts includes salad. Each price below is per person and already includes the two hours of bowling, the game of laser tag and the $10 arcade card. The Half Suite and the Full Suite pay the same per head.

What's included
In every group package: lane or arena time, game cards, a dedicated event coordinator, and setup and cleanup. Catering is chosen from our own kitchen — the same one that runs the Rail House.
What isn't: alcohol is extra — an open bar, drink tickets at $8 and $10.50, or a two-hour bar package from $25 per person — and the 12% service charge applies to any reservation with food. Prices are per person before tax. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due in full before the event; we don't invoice companies or take purchase orders.

Dessert is $3 or $7 per person.
Yes. There are three ways to run the bar: an open bar, drink tickets at $8 regular or $10.50 premium, or a two-hour bar package with everything included at $25 per person, or $30 per person high-end. Suite 28 has its own bar, and the End Zone Sports Bar carries 100+ beers.
There is an on-site lot with room for 10 or more buses, and drop-off is at the main entrance. We are at 2525 Freeport Road, 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and 2 minutes from the PA Turnpike.
Yes. The two levels are four steps apart and joined by ramps, there are bowling ramps at the lanes so a guest who cannot lift a ball still bowls, and both the laser tag arena and the restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
A 50% non-refundable deposit holds the date, and the balance is due in full before the event. A final headcount is required 3 business days ahead, and you are billed on that count or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
No. Companies pay by deposit and balance. School districts are the exception — we invoice districts and accept purchase orders for school trips.
As early as you can. December dates go first and the month sells out. Outside the holiday season a group package needs 3 days' notice, but a large party in December is worth booking months ahead.
