Company Holiday Parties in Pittsburgh
Zone 28 hosts company holiday parties for 15 to 600 guests in a 50,000 sq ft entertainment complex 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and 2 minutes from the PA Turnpike. Group packages start at $22 per person and combine bowling, laser tag and arcade play with full catering from our own kitchen. Suite 28 is our private VIP space for up to 200 guests, with eight private lanes, a private bar and a dedicated event coordinator. December dates go first and the month sells out, so book early.
Who this is for
- Company holiday parties — departments and whole companies, from teams of 10 to groups of 600
- Client and customer appreciation nights — December books out, so book early
- End-of-year sales and service celebrations with an awards segment in Suite 28
- Family holiday parties — the same packages and the same team
- Clubs, churches and nonprofits running a December gathering
- Teams of 10 to 14 who cannot hit a 15-guest minimum — team building starts at 10 guests
Why companies pick Zone 28 over a hotel ballroom
A ballroom gives you a room and a meal. Zone 28 gives you 33 bowling lanes, a 3,000 sq ft laser tag arena, 88+ arcade games, 2 escape rooms and pool tables, and the catering comes from our own kitchen rather than an outside caterer.
Suite 28 is genuinely private: its own entrance, its own bar, eight private lanes and state-of-the-art audio and video, with a retractable wall that splits the space when two groups share the night.
One coordinator plans the whole event with you from the first call — the menu, the room and the schedule — and on the night our professional events team runs it.

Book a December party for 20 or more by October 31 and dessert is on us — cannoli and cheesecake for the whole group.

Three business days before the event. You are billed on that final count or the number of guests who actually attend, whichever is higher.
Yes. Twister Bowling is $40 per person: you hit a button to stop a spinner and bowl whatever challenge it lands on, which levels the field when one league bowler is in the group. Escape Zone is $20 per person in one of our two escape rooms, Room 113 or Hidden Below. Both run any day we're open, for companies and adults, with a 10-guest minimum booked at least three days ahead, and a host stays with the group for the full two hours.
Yes — families, clubs, churches, nonprofits and school groups all book through the same team and the same packages.
Yes. Suite 28 has state-of-the-art audio and video, and our five party rooms convert to meeting rooms with AV — so you can run an awards segment or a short session and then move straight into the activity.
Yes, for everything. The building has two levels, four steps apart, joined by ramps, so nobody has to use the stairs to get between activities. There are bowling ramps at the lanes, our laser tag arena is wheelchair accessible — most arenas are not — and the restrooms are wheelchair accessible too.
Free on-site parking. We are at 2525 Freeport Rd, 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and 2 minutes from the PA Turnpike, which makes us straightforward for groups travelling in from across Western Pennsylvania.
No. For the holidays the room is already decorated, with red tablecloths and holiday-themed centerpieces. If you want to bring your own decorations as well, you are welcome to.
