While most of our menu consists of traditional pub fare, we also have a selection of lighter options to suit a variety of tastes and dietary needs. Enjoy a tasty meal without spoiling your diet by enjoying these options.
- Italian Wedding Soup - Marrying chicken and meatballs with fresh vegetables including carrots, onions, spinach and celery, our traditional Italian wedding soup will leave you thinking of mom’s secret recipe. Cup or bowl available.
- Lettuce Wrap - Say “ta-ta” to the tortilla and opt for a lettuce wrap. Choose between grilled chicken or steak, and we’ll pair it with red onion, marinated tomatoes, cucumbers and oriental red pepper coulis sauce served up inside a lettuce wrap. Gluten Free.
- Open-Faced Veggie Sandwich - Who needs a bun? Our chickpea and mushroom blend tastes spectacular with red onion, red pepper coulis and marinated tomatoes atop bib lettuce. Vegan/Gluten Free.
- Chicken and Veggies - Eating healthy never tasted so good. We take two 3 oz. chicken breasts and pound them thin before a dip in our special marinade. After, we chargrill each and serve with zucchini, grilled broccoli, tomato and eggplant topped with a lemon and olive oil sauce. Comes with a side of mashed potatoes.
If you’re not ready to commit to a light entree, but still want to cut calories, remember you can always swap your fries for veggies, too. Enjoy a side salad, broccoli, cole slaw or vegetable medley and ditch the fried food without sacrificing flavor.

Diet aside, sometimes you just want to enjoy a refreshing beverage with your friends. But alcohol is notoriously high in calories and carbs, so what’s the solution? Lighten up your selections.
- Light Beers: The debate about flavor quality of low-cal beers might rage forever, but our 100+ beer menu includes the most popular light beers to meet a variety of tastes. Miller Lite is available on tap and bottled, while Corona Light, Coors Light and Bud Light are available in bottles.
- Skinny Cocktails: Not every mixed drink has to push your diet over the edge. Fancy a vodka soda? Ask for a single shot mixed with diet or club soda and a hint of lime juice for a mere 100 calories. Alternatively, a whiskey ginger can be modified with diet ginger ale and a squeeze of lime for just 125 calories. And instead of a mimosa loaded with sugary orange juice, top your champagne or favorite wine with fresh berries for a burst of flavor at 120 calories.
