Local Beers at Zone 28 | Pittsburgh
We have fun in abundance at Zone 28, but don’t forget, we have plenty of beer, too. While you’ll find brews from around the world at the End Zone (where we keep 20 different beers on tap and hundreds more in bottles), we make sure to feature a few Pennsylvania breweries, too.

Pennsylvania IPAs

We currently have several Pennsylvania IPAs on tap. First up is Hitchhikers TwoFold Double IPA. Hitchhiker was born in Mt Lebanon, but is currently brewed in Sharpsburg. This drifter is brewed with oats and wheat, hopped with Citra and Amarillo and has pleasant notes of passionfruit, lemon, pine needle and peach.

Out on a lush farm in Dallastown, PA, Wyndridge Farm brews the Pineapple Orange IPA. This refreshing IPA is double dry hopped with a blend of citrus forward hops and real orange and pineapple puree. It’s a soft flavor that reminds of a nice glass of juice.

From West Chester, PA comes the Levante Tickle Parts IPA, exceptionally dry-hopped with a rising hop aroma and a low bitterness. You’ll taste chunks of pineapple and clementine juice while enjoying the scent of other fruit juices.

More PA Beer Perfection

You like hard ciders? Try Arsenal’s Broken Heart Apple. Coming from the Pittsburgh area, this one is a smooth and dry cider with a mild fruit taste.

Another one from Wyndridge Farm is the Barn Dog Porter, a farm crafted chocolate vanilla imperial porter. This hardworking porter is rich, dark and smooth, and definitely made for a refined palate. Give this delicious old boy a try.

Yards Brewing in Philadelphia brings us the Chocolate Love Stout which is, in a word, divine. They brew this silky concoction with more than 200 pounds of dark Belgian chocolate to tantalize your taste buds with a roasty maltiness. You’ll pick up hints of vanilla and caramel on this journey as well.

Another Pittsburgh treasure is Hop Farm Brazilian Coffee Cream it has a dark roasted aroma with a light and smooth finish for your drinking pleasure.

And last but not least, we couldn’t forget about Yuengling! It’s a Pennsylvania staple. If you don’t know what a Yuengling tastes like, well, you’re clearly not from around here. While the lager might not be the most exotic beer on this list, sometimes it’s the right drink for the job.

Come For The Fun, Stay for the Beer

We have plenty of great things to do, eat and drink at Zone 28. You can play laser tag, go bowling, try your skills at an escape room or play in our arcade. For food we have both our Rail House Restaurant and our End Zone Sports Bar, complete with Pennsylvania beers on tap.
