The Big Game Pittsburgh | Zone 28
Two Teams. Millions of fans flocking to television screens across the country. One Big Game. What will you be doing while the best of the best duke it out February 2nd?

The Big Game is so much more than a football game. It’s an opportunity to spend time with your friends and family, actually look forward to the commercials, eat the tastiest snacks and drink as if you don’t have to wake up early for work the next morning. It doesn’t matter—it’s the Big Game! Your boss will understand! (*We do not actually know if your boss will understand.*)

Whether you’re a football fan or not, there’s no wrong way to enjoy the monumental event! Below are a few of our favorite recommendations.

Get Your Drink On...Competitively

Outside of football, enjoying a nice, cold (probably alcoholic) drink is many Americans’ favorite pastime. Even if you’re not an avid football enthusiast—or, as some may call it, “fan”—why not have fun drinking during the Big Game?

You can simply watch the Big Game while guzzling down your beers, or make it funner with a drinking game! Challenge your friends to take a shot each time there’s a touchdown, interception, fumble or field goal. But make sure you have a designated driver! Drinking is only fun when done safely.

Indulge in Savory Snacks

Calories don’t count on game day! Professional football players eat up to 9,000 calories per day during the season, so you deserve one day where you can go wild with your food. (We won’t tell!) Is it really game day without nachos (or Z28’s Nacho Mountain!), wings and pizza?

Food brings everyone together, and we promise even your friends who aren’t football fans will make their way out for some delicious grub!

Bowl Your Heart Out

We know, we know. It’s not the usual way to enjoy the Big Game, but hear us out for a minute. With bowling, you can still watch the game on television screens throughout the alley, but your friends who aren’t huge football fans can also enjoy spending time with you.

Plus, at Zone 28, you can quench your thirst at our End Zone Sports Bar and eat as many delicious snacks as you please at our Rail House Restaurant.
