Planning an Event Shouldn’t Feel Like a Full-Time Job

The stress rarely comes from the party itself. It comes from coordination: a venue here, food there, entertainment somewhere else, and a group chat trying to hold it all together. The fix is fewer moving parts.

One building, one plan

At Zone 28, the activities, the food and the space are all in one 50,000-square-foot building in Pittsburgh:

• Activities: 33 bowling lanes, laser tag, 88+ arcade games and two escape rooms — something for every guest.
• Food: our own kitchen, from pizza bars to catering, plus the Rail House Restaurant and the End Zone Sports Bar.
• Space: private party rooms for birthdays, and Suite 28 for up to 200 guests, with eight private lanes and a private bar.
• People: every birthday party has a dedicated party hostess, and group events and Suite 28 have a dedicated event coordinator who sets up, keeps the schedule and cleans up.

A simple planning timeline

1. As early as you can: pick a date and a rough headcount. Saturdays and the holiday season go first — and for school groups, spring dates fill up by March.
2. When you book: choose your package. For group events, a 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is paid before the event.
3. A few days before: confirm your final headcount. For Suite 28 that is 3 business days before the event.
4. On the day: show up. Our team handles the rest.

Which package fits your event?

• Kids' birthdays: four packages, each with a private room, a party hostess, pizza and unlimited soft drinks. See birthday parties.
• Adult birthdays, graduations and reunions: Suite 28 or a group package. See adult birthdays, graduation parties and class reunions.
• Corporate events and team outings: group packages for 15 to 600 guests, and team building from 10 people, any day we're open. See group packages.
• A private event: Suite 28, our private event space with its own entrance.

FAQ

How far ahead should I book? As early as possible for Saturdays and the holidays. Team building packages need at least 3 days' notice.

What if my headcount changes? Tell us. For Suite 28, the final headcount is due 3 business days before the event.

Is there a bar for the adults? Yes — the End Zone Sports Bar, plus a private bar in Suite 28.
